Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.
2. Shipping Time
We use international suppliers and dropshipping fulfillment.
Delivery time may take 13–25 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
Delays may occur due to customs or shipping carriers.
3. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged or broken
- Item is defective or not working
- Wrong item was received
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Wrong size ordered by customer (unless we made an error)
- Delays in shipping time
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
5. Refunds
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- You may receive a full or partial refund depending on the issue
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, before processing begins.
